FULL WARRANTY: PAGE BEDDING COMPANY warrants this mattress and/or boxspring against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. During this period, PAGE will repair or replace, at our option, your mattress and/or boxspring without a charge. Repairs will not be considered on bedding which PAGE BEDDING COMPANY feels is in an unsanitary condition. PAGE reserves the right to substitute materials of comparable quality.

LIMITED WARRANTY: After the full warranty period is completed, PAGE BEDDING COMPANY warrants this mattress and/or boxspring for a period of 4 additional years under a limited warranty.

IF this bedding is defective in materials or workmanship, PAGE BEDDING COMPANY will repair the mattress and/or boxspring at a charge based on the current retail price of your mattress (or comparable) times how many years you have had the mattress divided by the duration of your limited warranty. Repairs will not be considered on bedding which PAGE BEDDING COMPANY feels is in an unsanitary condition.

You have specific legal rights under this warranty, and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state.

Mattress Care: Improper care of your bedding will be considered customer misuse or abuse, thereby exempting it as a legitimate warranty claim. For your protection:

KEEP YOUR BEDDING CLEAN:

• Unsanitary mattresses and boxsprings will be void of any warranty coverage remaining.
• Do not use the mattress handles to flip your mattress. Use for adjustments only.
• Do not use the bedding as a trampoline.
• Do not fold or bend bedding.
• Do not use the edge of your mattress as a chair.
• When transporting bedding, be sure to handle carefully to avoid damage.

PROPER SUPPORT IS CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: Full, Queen & King size bedding must be properly supported by:

• A steel bed frame with a solid center support.
• Bedrails with 4 or 5 bed slats are NOT acceptable unless used with a proper center leg support.
